A 30-minute session designed to learn more about your hostel, whilst assessing which services may fit you the best

A contract will be created to ensure we progress smoothly as we collaboratively enhance your business

In this stage, after the data provided has been analysed, a presentation addressing the findings will be held

After feedback and agreement on strategy, project implementation will occur

This includes conducting a brief questionnaire to provide specific business context

Using the information gathered, a project proposal will be established and revised until it is perfected for you

A further, more detailed questionnaire will be undertaken to provide a rich dataset, which will inform the analyses undertaken next

A strategic plan will be developed and presented in a report

Ongoing monitoring and adjustments will continue until the project reaches its successful conclusion.
